These terms govern the use of the website https://mytaxconsultant.gr and the client portal of Χατζάκης Αθανάσιος Ραφαήλ (Tax ID 155824413, Ι. Μαρκάκη 3, 73100 Χανιά). By using them you accept these terms.
1. The website
The website content (articles, tax calendar, tax calculator, FAQ) is general information and does not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice for your specific case. The tax calculator gives indicative results. Please consult us before making any decision. We are not liable for decisions based solely on general content.
2. Portal accounts
- Accounts are created by the office or through an approved registration request. The office may refuse or deactivate an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and not sharing it. Each user has their own account. We recommend enabling two-step verification.

- The owner of a business is responsible for the permissions given to their employees or representatives.
3. Documents and data you upload
- Only upload documents you are entitled to share with us and which relate to our cooperation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
- Uploading malware or content unrelated to the service is prohibited.
4. Invoicing orders
- An invoicing order is a request to the office to issue a document on your behalf. The document is considered issued only when the office completes it and its number and MARK are shown.
- By submitting you confirm that the transaction and recipient details are true and that the transaction took place.
- The office may ask for clarification or decline an order that is incomplete or unlawful.
- Data returned by the Tax ID lookup comes from AADE or VIES; please check it before submitting.
5. Appointments
Appointment requests are valid only once confirmed by the office. If you cannot attend, please cancel in good time through the portal or by phone.
6. Availability
We make every effort to keep the website running, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Keep your own copies of important documents. Deadlines towards the authorities do not depend on the portal's availability.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, logo and design of the website belong to the office. They may not be reproduced without permission, except for short excerpts with attribution.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Chania have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
